Downpatrick MMA – Terms of Service

By signing up to Downpatrick MMA, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Membership & Payments

  • Membership fees must be paid in full and on time via the agreed payment method.
  • Memberships operate on a monthly recurring basis unless otherwise agreed.
  • Failure to make payment may result in immediate suspension of access to the gym.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel any membership.
  • Members must ensure all payments are up to date for the previous billing period before cancellation is completed.
  • A £50 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
  • Any revoked, failed, or cancelled payments will still be owed in full, including the cancellation fee.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, including unused sessions or partial months.
  • Exceptions may be considered only at management discretion in exceptional circumstances.

4. Member Conduct

  • Members must behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other members at all times.
  • Any form of abuse, aggression, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
  • Members must follow all coaching instructions to ensure safety during training.

5.  (Health & Safety)

  • Members participate in training at their own risk.
  • It is the member’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to train.
  • Any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns must be disclosed prior to training.

6. Liability Waiver

  • Downpatrick MMA, its coaches, and staff are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage sustained during training, except where required by law.
  • Members acknowledge that MMA and combat sports involve inherent physical risk.

7. Class Access & Schedule

  • Class times and availability may change at any time.
  • The gym reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or services without notice.

8. Termination of Membership

  • Downpatrick MMA reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion for breach of these terms.
  • No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to misconduct.

9. Personal Belongings

  • Members are responsible for their own belongings.
  • Downpatrick MMA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

10. Agreement

By signing up and training at Downpatrick MMA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
